Chef Karime López in Levadura de Olla
Renowned as the first Mexican chef to earn a Michelin star while leading Gucci Ostería in Florence, Spain. She has been named Chef of the Year in Italy and currently heads Xaak in the Riviera Maya.
On Tuesday, July 28th, 2026, Chef Karime López will serve a seven-course menu to celebrate our 6th anniversary at Levadura de Olla.
