We’re celebrating the start of tomato season at Levadura de Olla.
This time, we’ll be joined by Chef Oscar Torres from Animalón*Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada, BC.
The chef will present a gastronomic proposal based entirely on the tomato, with a menu designed to highlight the great versatility of this product.
